Vacation 2010

That's right, we are going on vacation! Our first "real" vacation since Ana's Make-A-Wish trip in early 2008. Ana got influenza A (the flu) on her MAW trip, so this is a real treat! This trip is being made possible by three very special people. We are headed to Gatlinburg, TN for 6 nights and 7 days full of fun. There is only one small glitch... Ana is sick. It started around 8PM last night with leg pain on and off. By 10PM she was screaming and I.V. meds were started. By midnight she was coughing and her g-tube was leaking. Around 6AM she started crying with ear pain. All I can say is "Thank you, Lord, that it started before we left town!" It would be really hard trying to find a doctor in TN and would probably have meant a trip to the E.R. With it starting now, we can take her to her pediatrician today. Please say a special prayer for Ana. Pray that this doesn't get any worse... pray that her leg pain stays away this week... pray that she is able to have a great time without any doctor or hospital trips... pray that her drysuit gets here by Friday. Thank you to everyone who faithfully prays for our daughter on a regular basis! It means the world to us!
